The short answer
Q-K2 uses 2 × 4L CO₂ cylinders: one in use and one kept as backup. When one is empty, contact Qingchuan to arrange a refill. The other cylinder can remain available for the machine. The service is CNY 398 per 4L cylinder, including the refill and both shipping legs. It currently applies to customers in mainland China and confirmed eligible cylinders.

One in use, one kept in reserve
Q-K2 is supplied with 2 × 4L CO₂ cylinders. A depleted cylinder is changed manually; the empty cylinder can then enter the refill process.

One cylinder is connected to supply the machine.
Backup
The other cylinder is kept available as a replacement.
Manual change
When the connected cylinder is empty, change to the backup cylinder manually.

Does CNY 398 cover one or two cylinders?
It covers one 4L CO₂ cylinder refill per service, including the refill and both shipping legs.
Does the service include shipping?
