How project enquiry information is used
This short notice describes the current use of information submitted through the website Contact and Project Planning forms.

Information collected
When you submit a Contact or Project Planning form, the site collects project context, requirements, contact name, work email, phone, company or organization information for follow-up. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information.

How it is used
The information is used to understand the drinking water requirement, record the project enquiry, follow up with you and help the Qingchuan team review equipment, solutions and service paths.

Who receives it
Project enquiries are written to the Supabase enquiries table used by Qncla and reviewed by authorized Qingchuan administrators. Email notification depends on the current service configuration; the form does not show a false success state when delivery fails.
