Why service matters

Installation is part of the system, not a final afterthought.

Water, power, drainage, access and working space affect how a drinking-water point can be installed and maintained.

01

Delivery upstairs

Coordinate delivery to the site and the floor where the equipment will be used.

02

Arrange the visit

Coordinate the customer contact and installation timing.

03

Connect and test

Complete the agreed connection, commissioning and use check.

04

Separate extra work

Discuss extended piping, drilling or water and electrical modifications separately.

Service lifecycle

The standard installation path.

01

Delivery upstairs

Coordinate the carrier and site handover before installation.

02

Site conditions

Confirm the basic conditions before the visit.

03

Technician arrangement

Arrange the visit and contact the customer.

04

Installation

Connect the equipment at the agreed drinking point.

05

Commissioning

Connect, power up, test and confirm the operating approach.

06

Handover

Leave the user with a clear path for support.

01 — Delivery and standard installation

Equipment handover with a clear boundary.

Delivery is coordinated through carriers such as SF Express and Suxin Jiada, with delivery upstairs as the core handover commitment. Drinking-water equipment includes nationwide free on-site installation. Filters and parts are not treated as equipment installation projects by default.

01

Equipment installation

Installation, connection, commissioning and basic use confirmation are included for the equipment order.

02

Filters and parts

Consumable or parts-only orders follow their own delivery and service arrangement.

02 — Before installation

Prepare the conditions the equipment needs.

The exact requirements depend on the selected equipment and site. Confirm them before arranging the visit.

01

Water and power

Confirm the available water connection and power conditions.

02

Drainage and space

Review drainage, access, working space and the intended drinking point.

03 — Additional work

Standard installation does not mean unlimited site construction.

Extended pipe runs, drilling, pipe welding, hot-water or electrical modification and other additional site work should be assessed and confirmed separately.

01

On-site assessment

Describe the condition before work is arranged so the scope can be understood.

02

Separate confirmation

Any additional work and its arrangement are confirmed according to the actual site.

04 — After installation

The handover connects to long-term support.

After commissioning, the equipment can connect to filter, repair and parts support according to the product and service conditions.

01

Use guidance

Confirm the basic operating approach with the people using the drinking point.

02

Service path

Keep the route to warranty, maintenance and repair support clear.

Product and solution connections

Connect service support to the equipment and the setting.

From product selection to the operating setting, service support should make the next step clearer.
